Are there any kind of emergency procedures at all? I mean, like, these buildings aren't going to hold up to strong earthquakes, are they? And - well, these kind of buildings will be worse off, right? Because they're ruined as it is and falling debris will just make things worse if things get worse, so... Is there anything in place ( Read more... )
